What do I do?
I get to know customers who are the driving force for every product. I engage them, make them feel entertained, collect data and feedback from them, keep their retention rates high, provide customer service and I sometimes sell them stuff. It all depends on what needs to be done in the short and long term.

I’m a 27 years old lad living in Wrocław, Poland. I have 5+ years of experience in social media management, and I first started working in game development in 2016. Since then, I’ve worked in a small handful of companies making F2P games, including Ten Square Games (Fishing Clash, Wild Hunt, etc.) and Whitemoon (The Pride of Taern/Broken Ranks). I’ve also dabbled in esports, having worked at fantasy expo (the leading Polish esports agency, I was resposnible for a number of projects, including Polish Mobile League done in cooperation with Supercell and Play, as well as some divisions of Polish Esports League). I also happen to be a Master of Law.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, reading books and listening to music.
